I have had over a dozen consults before finding Susan and Doctor Brown. All the offices I went to were all very nice and good at selling but didn’t seem as professional as I’d like. They were like yeah we can do a serious peel or laser anytime. It was scary because this is my face. This office however doesn’t hold back. They’ll tell you like it is and make sure you know exactly what you need and what’s best for your skin. It’s not taken lightly. Susan is beyond knowledgeable and direct about what you need prior to doing a treatment which is huge. This is because she truly cares. At first I was like whoa do I really need to do all this first?! I even tried to get in earlier then the recommended pretreat but Susan checked my skin and I simply wasn’t ready yet. So I trusted her and followed the regimen required prior to treatment. Man oh man am I happy I listened to her! Once my skin was ready, she said ok now your ready, so we did the blue peel. I am beyond thrilled and I have beautiful skin now along with the skin regimen that has changed my life! Great skin shouldn’t be downplayed or rushed. The industry needs more professionals like Susan. Thank you Dr Brown and Susan for being a truly solid place to ensure quality care. I thought I was educated and knew it all but now I feel like I’m on the correct path. I cannot thank you enough.
