This policy explains what information this website collects, how Sensational Skin uses it, and the choices you have. It covers the website only. Medical information we collect when you become a patient is protected under federal law (HIPAA) and described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Information you give us
When you fill out a form on this site we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number, the treatment you are interested in, your message, and how you prefer to be contacted. The form also records the page you sent it from, so our team knows what you were reading when you reached out.
Please do not send sensitive medical details through a website form. Website forms and email are not a secure channel for medical records. We will ask for your health history privately, in person or through our patient intake process.
How we use it
We use your information only to answer your enquiry, schedule a consultation, and follow up about the services you asked about. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number and agree on a form, we may call or text you about your enquiry and appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Service providers
We use a small number of companies to run this website and deliver your messages to us: a website host, a form-delivery service that emails your form to our office, our email provider, and Google for the advertising measurement described below. They may process your information only to provide those services to us.
Cookies, advertising and measurement
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Ads to understand how people find us and whether our advertising works. These tools use cookies and similar technology to record things like the pages you visit on this site, the ad or search that brought you here, and whether you called or sent an enquiry after clicking one of our ads. Google processes this under its own privacy policy.
If you arrive from one of our Google ads, the phone number shown may be a Google forwarding number. Calls to it ring our office; Google records the call's date, time, duration and caller area code so we can see which ads lead to calls. It does not record the conversation.
We do not send the contents of your form (your message, treatment interest or contact details) to Google or any other advertising company. We only record that an enquiry was made.
Some pages also include content from other companies: maps from Google Maps, videos from YouTube (loaded in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode), fonts from Google Fonts, and the "Pay over time" payment estimator from our financing partner Cherry Technologies. When those load, the provider receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. If you choose "See if you qualify", you continue on Cherry's website under Cherry's terms and privacy policy.
Your choice on cookies: advertising and measurement cookies stay off until you choose "Accept" in the cookie notice. If you choose "Decline", Google may still receive limited, cookie-free signals (such as that a page was visited) to estimate how well our ads perform. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
You can also turn off personalized Google ads at My Ad Center, block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use your browser's "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control setting. The site still works with cookies turned off.
Links to other sites
We link to sites we do not control, such as our CoolSculpting site, product stores and financing partners. Their privacy practices are their own.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what website enquiry information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Email info@sensationalskin.com or call (480) 596-9111.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, which is why we ask you not to send sensitive medical information through forms.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
